INFRASTRUCTURE
The plant is spread across an area of 4,50,000 sq.ft. with total construction of approx 5,00,000 sq.ft. to manufacture the following products: PP/HDPE Woven Fabric, Sacks, Leno & FIBC Jumbo Bags, Tarpaulin, container liner, BOPP Laminated Bags, PP MF Yarn and Masterbatches.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE
- 8 tape lines of Lohia with 476 looms.
- 5 Lamination units. (2 of which are of 3.8 mtr)
- 2 filler masterbatches plant.
- 1 Color masterbatches plant.
- Fully automated bags conversion line (Valvomatic, BCS and more)
- Tarpaulin converting system
- 1 PP Multifilament Yarn Plant
- 1 Liner extrusion Plant
- 12 printing machines (including one 8 color Rotogravure)
- 1 Recycling plant
HAVING PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF
- 42,000 MT Woven Fabric per annum.
- 30 crore Woven Bags per annum
- 6 Crore Bopp Laminated Woven Bag per annum
- 6,000 mt Tarpaulin per annum
- 12,000 MT Filler Material per annum
